Established in 1996, our firm has built a strong reputation for delivering professional quantity surveying and cost management services across a diverse range of construction projects. With extensive industry experience, we provide clients with reliable commercial advice, accurate cost planning, and effective financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
Our services encompass cost estimating, procurement advice, tender documentation, contract administration, project cost management and final account settlements. We work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and value.

Laura is a founding Director of JSQS with over 35 years of experience in the quantity surveying profession. Prior to establishing JSQS, she gained extensive experience working within the consulting sector, where she was involved in a broad spectrum of projects and developed a strong foundation in cost management, procurement, contract administration, and project delivery.
Throughout her career, she has been involved in all aspects of quantity surveying across a diverse range of projects, providing strategic commercial and cost management expertise from project inception through to final account. Her extensive industry knowledge and practical experience have contributed to the successful delivery of numerous projects over the past three decades.
Fikile commenced her career with JSQS in 2015 as a Junior Quantity Surveyor and progressed to the position of Quantity Surveyor before leaving the firm in 2019.
She rejoined JSQS in 2022 as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and has since been involved in a diverse range of projects across various sectors, contributing her extensive experience and expertise to the successful delivery of numerous projects.
